Reception & Reservations Manager

The Scarlet Front of House Team, looking after both Reception and Reservations, do things a little differently. We provided a unique guest experience with outstanding attention to detail in every telephone and email reservation, welcoming in our Reception Lounge without a desk, ensuring we tailor each guests stay, serving tea and coffee to the room, right the way to waving the final goodbye.

What we need from you... 
  • People focused - inspire the Reception, Reservations & Host Team to be the best they can be and deliver a guest experience that exceeds expectations and a proven track record of delivering this.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, high standards and excellent communication skills will be part of your DNA.
  • Experience in forecasting and rate management to monitor & grow revenue.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Hotel Perfect or similar PMS, with channel management experience.
  • Experience reporting on KPI’s and monthly financials
  • Provide support and enable the Marketing Function by attending Sales & Lead Meetings, support package creation
  • You will work in the capacity of duty manager within your working week.
